1. Order Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us on the same day of placing the order and if your order hasn’t been processed and shipped yet, we will cancel the order for you.
- Cancellation request after 24 hour order status client agree it will depends on order status and may not be accepted if production or final dispatch has already initiated.
- Custom sizes or specifications like Premium Ortho Bond Mattress or Semi Ortho Mattress may not be cancel-able after the production has been initiated, due to exclusive handmade build at our mattresses store.
2. Refund Process
- Approved cancellations will result in refunds within 7-10 business days that can be put back to your original form of payment.
- In-case of COD (Cash On Delivery) orders, the customer will have to provide bank details for the purpose of refunds.
3. Non-Refundable Cases in the following cases :
- The item is used, after delivery damage or unpacking to non-original (retail) packaging.
- Customer bought the wrong size.
- Discomfort after use (please read product proportions carefully before purchase).
- Delays attributable to logistics disruptions that were unforeseen or could not be avoided.
4. Customer Responsibility
All customers are strongly recommended to confirm all mattress dimensions, measurements and other details so they fit in the desired place of any home limited checkpoint after the purchase in order to experience a satisfying purchase.
