1. Serviceable Locations
- At the moment we deliver to specific regions and cities in our logistics network.
- We are expanding, so customers can check the pin code serviceability at the time of check out!
2. Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery times are 5 – 10 working days, but can vary for different locations and product availability.
- Delivery time may be a little bit longer for custom-sized mattresses or large order quantities.–We will notify you ahead of time if this is the case.
- All orders are dispatched via verified logistics partners to avoid any pilferage and keep the product intact.
3. Order Tracking & Coordination
- You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched, this will appear on your phone via sms or email.
- You must have someone at the delivery address to receive and inspect the goods.
- If the delivery address left is incomplete or unreachable or the address is invalid/incomplete for Courier Delivery then our support team will get in touch with you to confirm an alternative address, failing which the seller will ship the package again or initiate a refund if needed.
4. Delivery Charges & Conditions
- No added delivery fees in serviced areas.
- Extra agreements may be necessary for deliveries to rural areas or outside delivery areas, these will be advised prior to dispatch.
- For building without elevator; if you need to lift and carry items of furniture to the first, second or third floor, there will be a fee for it unless you inform us before delivery.
